Randall Guynes

Dr. Randall Guynes has over 25 years experience in criminal justice research and more than 30 years of computer programming and systems analysis experience, including criminal justice system modeling and correctional and court management information system development. He was a principal developer of an information system for the Commission on Accreditation for Corrections and pre-designed aspects of the information system for the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies. He currently investigates information technology acquisition among law enforcement and criminal justice organizations and is involved in RMS and other systems development for the District of Columbia's Metropolitan Police Department. In addition, Dr. Guynes directs ILJ's technology, including the LAN and Internet complex of services (web, ftp, bulletin board, email, and distance learning systems).(randall@ilj.org)
